Current release version: 1.0

This page provides information on downloading the GeneClass code [1,2]. The code has been implemented in MATLAB and the current release contains the GeneClass algorithm and a file for a test run on a limited dataset. Also included is the license file and a readme to get you started. To obtain the complete data on which the experiments were performed, please look at the Downloadable Data in the Methods section. Files for post-processing analysis of the learned trees, including target-gene analysis and tree visualization will be made available shortly. Those of you downloading the current version will be notified as soon as the new release is up.
